Lead & relationship management
Website inquiries, contacts, client engagements, relationship history, assignments, preferences, and follow-up in a canonical brokerage record.
Websites, relationships and transaction operations, brought together in a platform designed around the way brokerages work.
Initial pilot brokerage: Dodd Realty · In development
A new inquiry enters the brokerage’s lead workflow with its source and assignment context.
Agents manage the work; CongreOS manages the lifecycle. Relationship status follows authoritative agreements, engagement and transaction events, with a history that explains each transition.

Development overview · October 2026
Customers retain ownership of their business records. CongreOS acts as a steward, with access governed by organizational roles and permissions. Third-party data remains subject to its applicable rights and licenses.
CongreOS Connect is designed around data minimization, individual identities, least-privilege access, tenant isolation, progressive visibility, auditable privileged access, and provider replaceability.
Every authenticated person uses their own account. Shared credentials are prohibited.
Access is scoped by tenant, role, relationship, transaction responsibility, and data sensitivity.
The platform is designed to retain only what is necessary and avoid unnecessary copies of sensitive information.
Brokerage records and data entitlements remain explicitly isolated from other tenants.
Material user, support, security, entitlement, and integration activity is intended to be auditable.
Standard adapter contracts and portable data models reduce dependence on any single outside provider.
